PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Corella Polyurethane Sanding Sealer is a two pack polyurethane based reaction curing product designed to fill the grains of all type of wooden surfaces. With its high filling power. It results a smooth  and transparent film on wood. It is sanded easily in a short period of the and it des not change the color of wood.

 

INTENDED USES

Corella Polyurethane Sanding Sealer is designed to be used on all kind of wooden surfaces to prepare a filled surface for any top coats.

APPLICATION

 

It is applied directly by spraying. Before application  wooden surfaces should be sanded properly and cleaned from dust. Polyurethane Sanding Sealer is prepared according to mixing and diluting ratios given above and is sprayed in two cross-wise layers. If the surface is open pore, one more coat of cross-wise application should be done to completely fill the surface. Polyurethane Sanding Sealer is be sanded after 4 hours in summer, 24 hours in winter.

 

 Mixing                        

Material is supplied in 2 containers as a unit. Always mix a complete unit in the proportions supplied. Once the unit has been mixed, it   must be used within the working pot life specified.

   (1)  Agitate Base (Part A) with a power agitator.

   (2)  Combine entire contents of Curing Agent (Part B) with Base (Part A) and mix  thoroughly with power agitator

Work Stoppages and Cleanup
