It is applied directly by spraying. Before application wooden surfaces should be sanded properly and cleaned from dust. Polyurethane Sanding Sealer is prepared according to mixing and diluting ratios given above and is sprayed in two cross-wise layers. If the surface is open pore, one more coat of cross-wise application should be done to completely fill the surface. Polyurethane Sanding Sealer is be sanded after 4 hours in summer, 24 hours in winter.
Material is supplied in 2 containers as a unit. Always mix a complete unit in the proportions supplied. Once the unit has been mixed, it must be used within the working pot life specified.
(1) Agitate Base (Part A) with a power agitator.
(2) Combine entire contents of Curing Agent (Part B) with Base (Part A) and mix thoroughly with power agitator
